Ingredients

  • 1/2 loaf bread
  • 2 cup fresh milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup glazed fruits
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup caramelized sugar for bottom of loaf pan

Method

  • Dissolve sugar in milk.
  • Remove bread crust and soak in milk mixture for 20 minutes.
  • Add eggs, raisins and glazed fruits and stir gradually until well combined.
  • Pour the caramelized sugar in the bottom of a loaf pan.
  • Pour the pudding mixture.
  • Bake in a pan of water over (350AsF) 175AsC oven, until done., about 40 minutes.
  • Let it cool.
  • Transfer in a serving dish.
  • Serve and share.
