Ingredients
- 32 oz. fruit cocktail, drained
- 20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/4 c. coconut (optional)
- 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows (optional)
Method
- Drain and put fruit in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Blend cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
- Add fruit and Cool Whip.
- Add a little more Cool Whip if creamier consistency is needed.
- Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
