Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
- 1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Method
- Drain pineapple; save juices.
- Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
- Stir 2 cups boiling water into Jell-O.
- (Stir until all dissolved.)
- Stir in other liquid (juice and water). Refrigerate until mixture slightly jells.
