Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) can refried beans
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 1 jar Pace chunky salsa, medium or hot,(your choice)
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 (12 oz) pkg taco cheese, shredded
- 1 jalapeno pepper,chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 350° degrees. Spread 1 can refried beans into bottom of 8x11" baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the taco cheese on top of the refried beans. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Add 2 cups of lettuce to the top of melted cheese.
- Add jalapeno pepper.
- Add salsa on top.
- Let cool.
- Then top with sour cream.
- Sprinkle the rest of your taco cheese on top of sour cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.
