- 1 lb. cauliflower, cut into med.-sized flowerettes
- 3 lg. potatoes, cubed
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. haldi
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp. ghee
- Green chilies, sliced and chopped
- Coriander leaves, for garnish
Method
- Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion until light brown.
- Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste.
- Cover and cook on a slow fire until vegetables are done.
- Garnish and serve hot.
