Ingredients

  • 6 c. sugar
  • 4 c. water
  • 4 small or 2 large pkg. Jell-O (any flavor, peach is good)
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle lemon juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 large cans unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. almond flavoring
  • 1 gal. water

Method

  • Make a syrup with sugar and 4 cups of water.
  • Cook until thoroughly dissolved.
  • While hot, add 4 small or 2 large packages of Jell-O.
  • Add lemon juice, orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice, almond flavoring and 1 gallon water.
  • Stir well and fill containers 3/4 full.
  • Freeze.
  • Defrost about 2 hours.
  • Use 3 to 4 large bottles of ginger ale.
  • Serves 100.
