Ingredients
- 6 c. sugar
- 4 c. water
- 4 small or 2 large pkg. Jell-O (any flavor, peach is good)
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle lemon juice
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 large cans unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz. almond flavoring
- 1 gal. water
Method
- Make a syrup with sugar and 4 cups of water.
- Cook until thoroughly dissolved.
- While hot, add 4 small or 2 large packages of Jell-O.
- Add lemon juice, orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice, almond flavoring and 1 gallon water.
- Stir well and fill containers 3/4 full.
- Freeze.
- Defrost about 2 hours.
- Use 3 to 4 large bottles of ginger ale.
- Serves 100.
