Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour not almond meal
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Method
- In a large bowl combine almond flour, salt and baking soda
- In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, then add honey and vinegar
- Stir wet ingredients into dry
- Spoon batter into a well greased pan 7.5 x 3.5
- Bake at 300 degrees for 45-55 minutes
