Ingredients

  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
  • 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 Ritz 30% Less Fat Crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, coarsely chopped

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Place chicken in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; set aside.
  • Mix Miracle Whip and mustard until well blended.
  • Spread top side of each chicken breast with 1 Tbsp.
  • of the dressing mixture.
  • Mix crackers and almonds; sprinkle evenly over chicken.
