Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour (AP)
- 1 thin slice cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Cream
- 2 Diced boiled Carrots
- 1/4 cup Boiled peas
- 1/4 cup Chicken chunks
- 1 Boiled diced potato
- 5 Cheese slices to spread on top
Method
- For the creamy sauce, add butter melt it and then add flour.
- Add water if clumps form and then smooth the mixture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Then add milk, cheese , cream and garlic and let it cook on low heat till the desired consistency is achieved.
- Now mix all the pre cooked filling items to the sauce.
- Put the mixture in a casserole dish and sprinkle with thyme.
- Finally, place cheese slices on top to cover and bake in the oven at 180 c till cheese on top melts.
