Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour (AP)
  • 1 thin slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Cream
  • 2 Diced boiled Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Boiled peas
  • 1/4 cup Chicken chunks
  • 1 Boiled diced potato
  • 5 Cheese slices to spread on top

Method

  • For the creamy sauce, add butter melt it and then add flour.
  • Add water if clumps form and then smooth the mixture.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Then add milk, cheese , cream and garlic and let it cook on low heat till the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Now mix all the pre cooked filling items to the sauce.
  • Put the mixture in a casserole dish and sprinkle with thyme.
  • Finally, place cheese slices on top to cover and bake in the oven at 180 c till cheese on top melts.
