Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1 cup half and half
- Garlic and mushrooms
- dash red pepper, parsley, salt, pepper
Method
- Melt the butter in a large pan, saute garlic and mushrooms soft.
- Add cream, parsley, red pepper, black pepper and salt.
- Stir until is is almost boiling. Gradually add cheese and stir.
