Ingredients
- 3 breasts, skinned and deboned
- 1 slice ham (per breast)
- 1 slice bacon (per breast)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. uncooked rice
Method
- Roll chicken in ham. Wrap 1 slice bacon around ham. Mix soup, water and salt. Put rice in casserole; layer chicken in rice. Cover and cook at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
