Ingredients

  • 1 boiled chicken, deboned
  • 2 qt. broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. small flour tortillas
  • yellow food coloring
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Place broth in large heavy Dutch oven.
  • Add cream of chicken soup and mix into broth until smooth.
  • Bring broth to a boil and add tortillas, cut in 2-inch squares.
  • Add 2 or 3 drops of yellow food coloring.
  • Turn heat on medium and cook, stirring often until thick.
  • Add chicken, salt and pepper.
  • Eat and enjoy.
