Ingredients
- 1 boiled chicken, deboned
- 2 qt. broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. small flour tortillas
- yellow food coloring
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place broth in large heavy Dutch oven.
- Add cream of chicken soup and mix into broth until smooth.
- Bring broth to a boil and add tortillas, cut in 2-inch squares.
- Add 2 or 3 drops of yellow food coloring.
- Turn heat on medium and cook, stirring often until thick.
- Add chicken, salt and pepper.
- Eat and enjoy.
