Ingredients
- 1 qt cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vodka
Method
- Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally.
- Do not cover pot.
- -Reduce to half-
- Cool reduction and emulsify 1/2 cup oil into reduction, add 1/4 teaspoon xanthun gum, add chopped parsley for color, add 1tsp cold water to activate xanthun gum.
- Salt to taste.
