Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 4 Tbsp. duck sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Szechwan sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 2 or 3 carrots, sliced into 2-inch thin strips
  • 1 large zucchini, sliced
  • 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • In a work or large skillet, put 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and add onions and brown slightly.
  • Then add chicken and stir around 4 or 5 minutes.
  • Then add all liquids and stir, then add in vegetables and continue to stir.
  • When vegetables get tender, dish is ready.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
