Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams (undrained)
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 8 oz. eggless linguini, cooked
Method
- Saute garlic in oil until golden brown.
- Add water, clams with liquid, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Simmer 15 minutes or until clams are tender.
- Add sauce to cooked pasta.
- Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
