Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup Self-rising Flour
- 1 1/3 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
- First, mix all dry ingredients: the flour, the salt and the sugar.
- Now, add the eggs, the butter, the milk and the vanilla.
- Blend well.
- I used an electric beater to speed things up a little.
- Now ladle mixture into the hot waffle iron and bake.
- Enjoy!
- You can even spread a little Nutella on them when done.
- Just because everything is better with Nutella.
