Ingredients
- 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- dash of salt and pepper
Method
- Cut breasts in half.
- In a shallow bowl, combine oil, mustard and sauces (salt and pepper).
- Coat chicken with mixture.
- Grill or broil 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 10 to 20 minutes until cooked through, turning 2 to 3 times.
- Serves 4.
