Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
- Heat milk, water and margarine to 120° to 130°.
- Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
- Add 1/4 cup flour.
- Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
