Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. spinach, washed and drained
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • sugar, salt and pepper

Method

  • Mix sour cream and mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons sugar, pinch of salt and pinch of pepper.
  • Layer 1/2 of salad ingredients in order given, then cover with 1/2 of dressing mixture.
  • Repeat with rest of ingredients.
  • Chill for 1 hour before serving.
