Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, in small pieces
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
  • celery, chopped into small pieces
  • 2/3 can bacon bits
  • 1 small can pitted ripe olives
  • about 1 c. lite mayonnaise (enough to spread over mixture)
  • 1 pkg. grated cheese
  • onion powder
  • shredded red cabbage or red onion rings

Method

  • Arrange ingredients, in order mentioned, in layers.
  • Top with onion powder and shredded cabbage or onion rings.
  • Make in either large salad bowl or cake pan.
  • Can double.
  • Make an additional 7 layers for large group.
  • Chill overnight.
