Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add flour, salt, pepper and mustard; mix well. Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Add lemon juice.
