Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef cubes, do not brown and cut in fork size pieces
- 1 can peas and carrots (including liquid)
- 2 cans tomato soup (1 can water to dilute)
- 6 to 8 potatoes, cut in halves
- 1 medium onion, cut coarsely
Method
- Place all of the ingredients in a Dutch oven or roaster.
- Bake at 250°, covered, for 5 hours.
