Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, melt butter in oven.
- Spread evenly on bottom.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly, sprinkle coconut over cracker crumbs and pour milk over coconut.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
