Ingredients
- 3 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fizzy lemonade (regular)
- milk (for brushing)
Method
- Sift flour.
- Gently stir in sour cream.
- Now add fizzy drink till dough comes together ( you may not need all).
- Pat dough onto floured surface.
- Cut with a fluted scone cutter.
- Place on greased or floured tray.
- Brush with milk.
- Bake in a preheated oven set at 200 degrees celcius for 10 - 12 minutes till golden brown.
- Enjoy.
