Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips, mini
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups puffed rice cereal

Method

  • Cream butter with the sugars.
  • Add eggs and cream well.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Combine the baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour in a bowl and add a 1/2 cup at a time to the cream mixture.
  • Add all chips and cereal.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Use a heaping teaspoon of mixture to make each cookie (on parchment paper or on a greased cookie sheet).
  • Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees F. or until cookies are a light golden color.
  • Cool on wire racks.
