Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Light Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 cups Norwegian Brown Cheese, Grated
- 3 whole Green Onions, Sliced
- 1/4 cups Pecans, Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Pomegranate Seeds, For Garnish
- Additional Chopped Pecans And Sliced Green Onions For Garnish
Method
- In a medium-sized bowl combine all the ingredients except the garnishes and stir until incorporated.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, then garnish with pomegranate seeds, additional pecans and green onions.
- Serve with crackers or crisp bread.
