Ingredients
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped or torn
- 1/2 head cauliflower, cut in very small flowerets
- 1/2 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 lb. cooked bacon, broken into small pieces
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 16 oz. jar mayonnaise (reduced-calorie)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- In large bowl, layer all but last 3 ingredients.
- Repeat layers.
- Spread mayonnaise over top and seal to edge of bowl. Sprinkle sugar over mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over sugar.
- Let chill, covered, for 24 hours.
- Toss when ready to serve.
- Topping makes dressing.
