Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 6 to 8 small whole potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Brown the pork chops in a skillet.
- Pour off excess fat and add the rest of
- the
- ingredients.
- Stir to mix, cover and simmer 45 minutes, until tender.
