Ingredients
- 1 large can Carnation evaporated milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Put Carnation, sugar and chocolate in saucepan; cook on low heat.
- When sauce begins to boil, cook for 15 minutes.
- Stir sauce frequently to prevent it from burning or scorching.
- After 15 minutes, remove from heat and add vanilla.
- Beat with an eggbeater until smooth.
- Serve warm or chilled over cake or ice cream.
