Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 or 3 sliced zucchini, unpeeled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can corn (optional)
Method
- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Add zucchini, salt and pepper, green chilies and corn.
- Cover and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
