Ingredients
- 1 large tender zucchini (6 c.)
- 6 c. sugar
- 6 oz. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 (6 oz.) apricot or peach jello
Method
- Peel and seed 1 large, tender zucchini.
- Cut on cole slaw cutter and measure 6 cups.
- Stir all together, except jello.
- Boil for 6 minutes.
- Add jello.
- Stir well and pour into jars.
