Ingredients
- 2 c. grated squash
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt and sugar (if desired)
Method
- Let grated squash with salt set for 30 minutes, then drain well.
- Mix in the eggs and flour.
- Drop by spoonfuls to make little pancake type patties and fry until golden brown on each side.
