Ingredients
- 2 thin (1 inch diameter) zucchini
- 2 thin (1 inch diameter) yellow squash
- 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. minced fresh basil
Method
- Cut the zucchini and squash into fries about 2 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
- In large no stick frying pan over medium heat, saute the veggies in oil for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with basil.
