Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned dressing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 1/2 c. cooked zucchini, drained well
Method
- Saute margarine and onion.
- Add dressing mix.
- Line 9 x 9-inch pan with this, saving some for the topping.
- Mix soup, sour cream and zucchini.
- Pour this mixture over dressing mix in pan and put on the topping.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
