Ingredients

  • 4 Sm Unpeeled Zucchini, Thinly Sliced (Sliced)
  • 1 Cup Original Bisquick
  • 1 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped (1/2 Cup)
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 4 Eggs, Slightly Beaten

Method

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
  • Stir all ingredients until blended.
  • Spread in pan. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cut into 2 inch squares; cut squares diagonally in half into triangles.
