Ingredients
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 slices bacon, crisp-fried and crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. chopped scallions
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Method
- Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Stir in bacon, horseradish, scallions, parsley and pimento.
- Chill for 1 hour. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
- Yield:
- 2 cups.
