Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fat free or regular honey mustard dressing (dry mix)
- 5 to 6 potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 tsp. butter
Method
- Put wet chunks of potatoes and dressing in a Ziploc bag. Shake well to mix.
- To shorten time, put potatoes and butter chunks in microwave for 10 minutes on High.
- Put potatoes on a cookie sheet; put in oven under broiler, turning as needed, until golden brown.
- Enjoy.
- Serves 4.
