- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 cup cocoa
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 13 cup salad oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Mix cream cheese, salt, sugar, and egg for filling, then add chocolate chips.
- Set aside.
- Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa, and salt then add water, salad oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract.
- Fill cups 1/3 full with chocolate mixture.
- Add heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 350 for about 30 minutes.
