Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 c. onions, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1/2 lb. quick dry oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
Method
- Blend well all ingredients and shape into loaf. Pat well to cover air pockets. Put in loaf pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Drain off grease and garnish with ketchup or tomato sauce and thinly sliced green pepper rings.
