Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz. any flavor yogurt (not plain)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat for 3 minutes.
- Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for 60 to 65 minutes at 325°. Cool in pan for 20 minutes.
- A very moist cake.
