- 1 (16 oz.) frozen hash browns (Southern or regular style)
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. corn flakes
Method
- Mix the first 6 ingredients and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 2 tablespoon melted margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
