Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 12 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup whipped cream
Method
- Cook pineapple and sugar together for 3 minute Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Add to pineapple mixture.
- Cool.
- Add nuts and cheese.
- Refrigerate until mixture begins to gel.
- Add whipped cream.
- Mold and chill.
