Ingredients
- 3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 (5 oz.) pkg. Mahatma seasoned yellow rice
- 1 pkg. Hillshire sausage
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Broil chicken breast until done and tear apart.
- Add rice and 3 1/3 cups broth from chicken.
- Cut sausage into pieces and add to rice.
- Add cream of chicken and bring to boil on high. When boiling, cut on low and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
