Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • coconut

Method

  • Mix the cake mix according to package directions. Bake on a cookie sheet pan (12 x 17 or 12 x 18-inch).
  • Let cake cool.
  • Mix the pudding according to directions and whip until thick.
  • Pour over cooled cake.
  • Have the cream cheese at room temperature and mix with the pineapple.
  • Whip.
  • Pour over pudding layer.
  • Spread the Cool Whip over the cake and sprinkle with coconut.
  • Keep refrigerated.
