Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large Cool Whip
- coconut
Method
- Mix the cake mix according to package directions. Bake on a cookie sheet pan (12 x 17 or 12 x 18-inch).
- Let cake cool.
- Mix the pudding according to directions and whip until thick.
- Pour over cooled cake.
- Have the cream cheese at room temperature and mix with the pineapple.
- Whip.
- Pour over pudding layer.
- Spread the Cool Whip over the cake and sprinkle with coconut.
- Keep refrigerated.
