Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 4 c. flour
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. lukewarm water
Method
- Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
- Scald milk and let cool. Sift together sugar and flour.
- Beat eggs.
- Add butter and potatoes, milk and yeast mixture.
- Add liquid to dry mixture.
- Mix 1 hour before baking.
- Knead and shape into rolls.
- Let rise and bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
