Ingredients
- 1 medium size head cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can pimientos, drained
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
Method
- Mix cabbage, onion, pepper and pimientos; set aside.
- Combine honey, oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Boil hard 1 minute.
- Pour over vegetables, mixing well.
- Pack in a jar with a lid. Refrigerate for 3 days.
- Good until used up entirely.
