Ingredients
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. paprika
- dash of black pepper
- 1 large can French-style green beans
- 2 c. canned English peas
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except beans and peas.
- Add them last. Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator.
- Drain and serve on lettuce. Serves 6 to 8.
