Ingredients
- 1 package rice noodles thick style, resembling spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 cup almond butter more or less to taste to cover noodles
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon wheat free Tamari sauce
- 1/2 cup corn roasted
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
Method
- Cook rice noodles according to package directions.
- In the meantime stir together Almond butter, Sriracha sauce, and Tamari to create a paste, heat in pan over low heat just to melt slightly.
- Pour over drained noodles and toss to coat.
- Add corn, and toss.
- Serve topped with peanuts and chilie flakes.
