Ingredients

  • 8 wonton shells
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 oz ground beef
  • 2 slice tomato
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 pinch salt

Method

  • Brown beef, cooking to 155F.
  • Season with cumin, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
  • Cut slice of tomato, and dice.
  • Take 4 oz of cream cheese and, in bowl, fold in beef and tomato.
  • Scoop mixture into wonton shells, use water to seal sides together.
  • Bring oil to 350F.
  • Drop wontons into oil, and cook for 90 seconds.
