Ingredients
- 1 lb. potatoes (3 or 4), peeled
- 1 medium onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 rounded Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Grate potatoes and onion.
- Mix in eggs, flour, salt and pepper thoroughly.
- Pour as thin as a pancake and fry in a little oil on a grill until brown.
